I also enjoy the feeling of space, even on busy days there are some lovely quiet spots and opportunities for a picnic while enjoying the views across to Wales. Lovely views across the River Dee and pleasant walks in the grounds.  Woodland walks with numerous camelias and rhododendrons, stroll around the diverse vegetable garden and admire the long perennial border which is full of colourful plants.Discover the grass maze and find the dinosaur amongst the plantlife. Find the ex battery hens who are regaining their health and plumage and starting to learn how to be a hen again in their new spacious home. Finish with a browse around the garden shop and garden centre and a coffee in the lovely cafe.
